EJC is a design practice dedicated to 3D visualisation of buildings and environments where people want to live, work or visit.
Getting a project underway and past the first planning stage can be a struggle, so by utilising 3D visualisation, we are able to provide the right conceptual solution for our clients to help them the through planning and right up to construction, minimising the risk of costly late design changes .
We have extensive experience in private residential schemes through to larger housing and commercial developments.

We assist Developers and Architects in providing the right conceptual solution from private residential projects through to housing and commercial developments by creating 3D visualisation images and models of their proposed vision.
We start the process by creating a 3D model of the design using existing 2D drawings and CAD files provided by our client.
By utilising the newly created 3D model we are able to provide rendered images from any angle of the model giving our client an accurate representation of the proposed structure and help highlight any potential areas of concern prior to the completion of the design. The images can range from photo-realistic, sketch style and x-ray, whatever the client requests.
Also on offer is a 3D 'fly-by' visualisation of the model which can be viewed from any computer or smart phone which has internet access. This allows our clients to freely view their design at anytime.
